The Egmont Trust & NASFAM in Malawi
The National Smallholder Farmers Association of Malawi is a large organisation involved in improving the techniques and outcomes of smallholder farming on which 80% of the Malawian population depend.
Egmont support has enabled NASFAM to work specifically with small groups of women who are coping with the effects of HIV & AIDS, by delivering adult education classes to help them become self-sufficient and better look after the vulnerable children in their care.
